So, just because S P or MSCI has decided that it is going to be market cap weighted, or something like that, maybe we deem, whoever we are, deem that to be arbitrary and affective, and there is a better way to understand what the market is doing. In particular, this has given rise to all of these. SO, that is what smart bata is; smart bata is coming up with a better index. So, bata is market exposure, smart means that we don’t like the naà ¯ve index, or the market cap weighted index, we want to come up with a better way. The organizational structure of Enron was a calculated one with a clique that was thought as being the â€Å"smartest† guiding the rest of the workers. The structure supports the technostructure of a company so that analysts, technicians and the other tech-knowers attain the higher table in the company. Since the company was focused more on the end result, the divisional structure might be also applied. This structure leans towards where employees in the various departments within the organization did what they had to do to deliver on their responsibilities. Divisionalized structure offers economies of scale, resources, and responsiveness while controlling economic risk, but it also creates other tensions. One is that the headquarters and division were battling between each other. It could be one of the weaknesses that was exploited, which lead to a lack of accountability and trust. This involves computation of grades with its corresponding percentage, user can add student, search edit, save and delete entry. It automatically computes the standing of the students for attendance, quizzes, summative test, major exams, projects and ready for the user to print out and distribute student grade through SMS. This study is bounded with some limitations according to the boundary of this proposal entitle, â€Å"Automated Grading System with SMS Notification†. The scope of this proposed project is only: 1. Intended for the benefits of instructor, registrar, students and parents. . Focusing only in grades computation and distribution through SMS for Prelim, Midterm, Pre-Final and the most awaited is the Final. 3. The System could only be accessed by the authorized personnel in the Records section of the Registrars Office, secured with password. 4. The efficiency and effectiveness of the project is depending on the performance of the user and the SMS provider. Signifi cance of the study This study may benefit the following persons: Students. They will be able to know their grades immediately. Parents. The parents or guardian could easily know the performance of their students in school. Teachers.
